Instead of staying put, like we originally planned, we're going to Jay's Grandmother's house for Thanksgiving. Driving up this morning. Eating. Driving back this evening. Here's hoping the Tryptophan doesn't make us too groggy!
Looking forward to seeing the family (and Touchdown Jesus). Not looking forward to 6 hours in the car. But we'll probably play a game of Slint and make the best of it. (If you don't know what Slint is, then you haven't read this. I'll sum it up as "That game where the first letter of the band/song/movie title you say has to begin with the last letter of the one said before it.")
So...we'll be traveling.
